研究領域
利用多維異核核磁共振技術從結構的觀點探討生物巨分子之功能。「動脈粥狀硬化」和「阿茲海默症」等老年退化性疾病相關的生物巨分子之結構生物學研究,例如載脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E)與脂質交互作用之機制及β-類澱粉胜肽(β-amyloid peptide)聚集與阿茲海默症致病機制之關係;開發去泛素化酶(Ubiquitin specific protease, USP)之抑制劑,作為癌症藥物之先導化合物;探討磷酸化如何調控蛋白磷酸酶-1(protein phosphatase-1)與其蛋白抑制劑(protein inhibitors)之交互作用。
